ABOUT JODY BRADHAM, Psy.D.
Dr. Jody Bradham is a Licensed Psychologist and Executive Consultant with 26 years of experience in the “people change and growth” business. Prior to joining TalentQuest in 2011, Jody owned and operated his own practice; first in Charleston, South Carolina and then in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to this, Dr. Bradham was the Staff Psychologist at Naval Hospital Charleston where he provided healthcare and consultative services to active duty members of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Over the years, Dr. Bradham has worked in a variety of additional settings and roles including traditional clinical work as well as sport and performance psychology with collegiate and elite athletes. In addition to his direct work with clients, Dr. Bradham has taught at the college level, presented his research at professional psychology conferences, and has conducted large group training and workshop presentations. In 2010, Jody also published a brief e-book to assist individuals with making career transformations on the heels of the U.S. economic recession.
Since joining TalentQuest in 2011, Jody has been actively working with clients from manufacturing and distribution, finance and banking, healthcare, hospitality, state government, and retail industries, to name a few. Jody has built a robust coaching practice and he works primarily with senior level managers and executives, with an emphasis on maximizing individual effectiveness in service of greater organizational impact. Jody’s specialty areas include Executive Coaching, Executive Assessments, 360-degree feedback and leadership training and development. He currently serves as the Executive Director for Consulting Services at TalentQuest.
Dr. Bradham earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University followed by a Master of Arts degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Following this, Jody earned his Doctor of Psychology degree from Spalding University; a small, private university in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to the qualifications and certifications for various psychometric assessments that accompany the terminal degree in psychology, Dr. Bradham has acquired certifications in the Hogan Assessments, The Birkman Method, and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). Jody is also a certified facilitator for Experience Innovation, a program for teaching others the Design Thinking approach to innovation. Raised in Atlanta, Jody currently resides in the Peachtree Corners area with his wife of 26 years.
